What makes Alsiano an attractive employer?
The company's strategy has been reliable, with achievable and realistic targets. I am accustomed to setting my own goals in alignment with the company’s strategy, which has allowed me to commit to and successfully reach these targets. I have also felt appreciated for my work.
In the plastics sector, we have some excellent suppliers with whom we have great market potential. Without these suppliers, there would be nothing to develop. They are a key reason why Alsiano is such an attractive company.
Alsiano also enjoys a solid reputation in the market. While it may not be widely known, we manage the business we have very well, and we treat our customers fairly and ethically.
Alsiano is also in a strong financial position, which provides flexibility in many areas. I appreciate that Alsiano organizes events, such as a company day once a year for all employees, as well as a Christmas party. These efforts demonstrate a commitment to the people and contribute to building the company culture and spirit.
Describe the relationship you have with your customers and suppliers.
In the plastics sector, we primarily engage in relationship-based selling. Our customer relationships are long-term, and we are committed to understanding how we can best support them. We continuously learn about their businesses to help them more effectively.
The relationship with our suppliers is also built on openness and strong collaboration. Since we don’t have a technical expert within our organization, it’s essential to be transparent about everything so that our suppliers can assist and support us. These days, they expect more from us than in the past. There is pressure to help develop the market for them, but this is mostly done in a positive spirit.
However, the supplier collaboration does place certain demands on us, requiring us to manage these discussions effectively. We need to stay on top of our business, demonstrate our market expertise, and maintain credibility to succeed and retain these suppliers.
